Preparation
Put the sugar in a pot over medium heat to make the candy when it is ready put in a mold to cover everything, set aside and let cool.
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
In the blender we put the eggs, the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, the vanilla essence, the milk and the bananas, we liquefy for a minute. This preparation is placed in the mold and put in a bain-marie for 30 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and leave clean.
Let cool and serve.
