Cappuccino Flan

Flan is one of the most famous desserts in Latin America, known for being delicious, easy to make, and economical. There are many versions to prepare it, and I happily share mine here. Enjoy!

  • 1 can evaporated milk, of 315 grams
  • 1 can condensed milk, of 405 grams
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 envelopes capuccino, of 20 grams
  • 3 tablespoons rum
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cups water, for the syrup
  • 1 cup sugar, for the syrup

  • Prepare a syrup with the water and sugar, caramelize a mold and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Blend all the ingredients, pour into the caramelized mold, cover with aluminum foil. Place the mold in a water bath.
  • Bake for one hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • After this time, remove from the oven, let cool, unmold, and serve.
