  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 250 milliliters strong coffee
  • 6 eggs

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Heat the sugar with a bit of coffee concentrate to form a soft ball caramel, then place it in the freezer and set aside.
  • Blend all the remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into the mold over the caramel, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in a water bath for 20 minutes. Let it cool, unmold, and serve.
