Chocolate Flan Recipe

  • 1/4 cups peanuts
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons stevia
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Kinder® Chocolate
  • mixed berries, for decoration

  • Chop the Kinder® Chocolate and set aside.
  • Blend the peanuts and cocoa until you obtain a fine powder. Then, add evaporated milk, stevia, and eggs, and blend very well. Set aside.
  • Pour the mixture into individual flan molds, add chopped Kinder® Chocolate, cover with aluminum foil, and place in a baking dish with water. Bake the flan at 180 °C for 50 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Place the chocolate flan on a flat plate and decorate with red fruits and Kinder® Chocolate.
