Heat the sugar in the flan mold until it dissolves and takes on a caramel color, tilting to cover the sides, let it cool.
Blend the milks, eggs, and the flavor of your choice. Pour into the flan mold, cover with aluminum foil pressing the edges.
Cook on the stove or in the oven for 1 hour or 20 minutes in the pressure cooker, both in a water bath.
Let it cool and unmold, decorate to your liking.
