Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3/4 cups sugar, (185 grams)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can half and half cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 grams walnut, or 2 tablespoons of coffee
  • 1 package cream cheese

Preparation

Heat the sugar in the flanera until it dissolves and turn caramel color, cocking to cover the walls, let cool.
Blend the milk, eggs and flavor you want. Empty the flanera, lid with aluminum foil pressing the edges. Cook on the stove or oven 1 hour or 20 minutes in the express pot, both in a bain-marie.
Let cool and unmold, decorate to your liking.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with dry or natural fruit, bitumen, chocolate.

TIPS

Allow the ingredients to mix well to have a better flavor.
