Place the cajeta in small microwave-safe flan molds, although it can also be in a cup, perfectly covering the bottom.
Add the cream cheese to a bowl and using a whisk, cream it until it becomes a paste, then add the egg, milk, vanilla essence, condensed milk, and instant coffee, then mix thoroughly. Strain the flan mixture and pour it over the cajeta.
Microwave the coffee flan for 1 minute and 10 seconds, checking every ten seconds. Let it cool and unmold.
Plate the coffee flan in the microwave and decorate with the raspberry.
