Flan with a Touch of Coffee

It is very easy to make and honestly tastes delicious; it is a dessert with a light coffee flavor, perfect for discerning palates.

  • 8 eggs
  • coffees, necessary amount
  • sugar
  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Place the milk with the coffee in a pot and heat until the coffee dissolves.
  • Let it cool and place it in a jar.
  • In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  • Add the milk and mix.
  • Pour into a caramelized mold.
  • Cook in a water bath for 1 hour. Remove and decorate with caramel.
