1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 pinch salt

Place the milk with the coffee in a pot and heat until the coffee dissolves.
Let it cool and place it in a jar.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Add the milk and mix.
Pour into a caramelized mold.
Cook in a water bath for 1 hour. Remove and decorate with caramel.
