It is very easy to make and the truth is delicious is a dessert with light coffee flavor, it is a dessert for demanding palates.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 eggs
  • coffees, necessary amount
  • sugar
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Place the milk with the coffee in a saucepan and heat until the coffee dissolves.
Allow to cool and place inside a jar.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and salt.
Add the milk and integrate.
Pour into a caramelized mold.
Cook in a bain-marie for 1 hour. Remove and decorate with caramel.
