Cream Cheese Flan

  • 1 stick cream cheese, (190 g)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

  • In a blender, combine the cheese, condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, and evaporated milk and blend until everything is perfectly integrated.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add the sugar and cook until caramel is formed, pour it into a flan mold and let it cool, once cool, add the mixture.
  • Cover and place in the pressure cooker using the water bath method, once it starts to sound, lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes, then turn it off.
  • Let it cool and unmold onto a plate with edges to prevent the caramel from spilling.
