Delicious Flan in Pressure Cooker

  • In an aluminum mold, place the sugar and cook on low heat to allow it to caramelize gradually. When ready, add the blender mixture.
  • Prepare the pressure cooker with water; it should cover at least 3/4 of the height of the mold.
  • Place the pot lid on, cook for 25 minutes on high heat, and after this time, reduce to medium heat for another 30 minutes.
  • Once that time has elapsed, let it cool before refrigerating for 30 minutes.
  • Remove it from the fridge and unmold.
