1/2 liters cow's milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar

As the first step, add the milk and egg to the blender, and blend until the mixture is smooth.
In an aluminum mold, place the sugar and cook on low heat to allow it to caramelize gradually. When ready, add the blender mixture.
Prepare the pressure cooker with water; it should cover at least 3/4 of the height of the mold.
Place the pot lid on, cook for 25 minutes on high heat, and after this time, reduce to medium heat for another 30 minutes.
Once that time has elapsed, let it cool before refrigerating for 30 minutes.
Remove it from the fridge and unmold.
