Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 liters milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

As a first step in the blender you must add the milk and the egg, blend until the mixture is homogeneous.
In an aluminum mold place the sugar and cook over low heat so that it goes caramelizing little by little. When it is ready, add the blender mixture.
Prepare the express pot with water, this should cover at least 3/4 of the height of the mold.
Place the lid of the pot, cook it for 25 minutes at high flame and after this time, reduce it to medium flame for 30 minutes more.
When this period of time is over, let cool and then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove it from the cold and release it.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate it with some red fruits or some nuts.
