1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
5 eggs
190 grams cream cheese
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
cajeta
strawberries, for decoration
walnuts, for decoration
raisins, for decoration

Blend all the ingredients (condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, cheese, vanilla).
In a 24 or 25 cm aluminum mold, cover the entire mold with cajeta; this will prevent the flan from sticking and will make it delicious.
Pour the blender mixture into the mold with cajeta, cover the mold with aluminum foil, and preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Place it in the oven in a water bath for 1 hour. Insert a toothpick; it should come out slightly moist.
Remove the mold, wait about 10 minutes, and unmold, carefully peeling off the edges; it will be very easy as the cajeta will help it slide out.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
