Four-Ingredient Flan

  • 1/2 cups sugar, for the caramel
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup condensed milk

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a small pot or pan, heat the sugar over low heat and cook until it forms a caramel, being careful not to stir too much to avoid crystallizing the sugar.
  • While still hot, pour the caramel into the flan molds and let it set.
  • In a bowl, mix the eggs with evaporated milk, sugar, and condensed milk. Pour into the prepared flan molds and bake in a water bath for 40 minutes or until cooked.
  • Cool, unmold, and serve.
