Treat your family to this delicious guava flan with thyme. It has a pleasant sweetness that pairs perfectly with the aromatic thyme. It is easy to prepare and can be made a day in advance.
In a skillet, place the cup of sugar over medium heat and stir with a wooden spatula until caramel forms.
Grease a mold with cooking spray and pour the caramel on top.
Place the eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla, and cream cheese in the blender. Cut the guavas and remove the seeds, add them to the blender along with the thyme.
Pour the mixture into the mold and place it in a deep tray filled halfway with water. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes and cover with Pétalo® Non-Stick Film and let cool completely.
Unmold and serve with more guavas on top and some thyme sprigs.
