1 1/2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 can Nestlé® LA LECHERA, 387 g
2 mameyes, only the pulp
1 can Nestlé® Media crema, 190 g
1 can Carnation® Clavel® evaporated milk, 360 g
water
mamey, in slices, for decoration
edible flowers, for decoration

In a skillet, heat the sugar over medium heat for 5 minutes or until it forms a caramel. Pour into a round baking mold, covering the bottom and sides.
Blend LA LECHERA® with the media crema, evaporated milk, egg pieces, and mamey.
Pour the previous mixture into the mold with the caramel and cover with aluminum foil. Place in a deep tray and pour water into it for a water bath.
Bake at 200 °C for 40 minutes; let cool.
Flip the flan onto a serving plate and decorate with mamey slices and flowers.
