Guava Flan with Cheese

Flan is one of our favorite desserts, due to its delicate, smooth, and rich consistency; prepare this different version of flan, with the unmatched flavor that only guava can give you, along with a touch of cream cheese that makes it even more special.

  • 1 cup cajeta
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup guava, in syrup
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup pecans, for decorating
  • 2 guavas, for decorating

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  • Pour the cajeta into a flan mold and spread it over the entire surface.
  • Blend the ingredients for the flan.
  • Pour over the cajeta, bake for 45 minutes in a water bath. Let cool and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Unmold and decorate with guava and walnuts.
