The flan is our favorite desserts, for its delicate, smooth and rich consistency, prepare this different version of flan, with the unique flavor that only the guava can give you, plus a touch of cream cheese, which makes it even more special.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup guava, in syrup
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup walnut, to decorate
  • 2 guavas, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Pour the cajeta on a mold of flan and spread on the whole surface.
Blend the ingredients for the flan.
Pour over the cajeta, bake for 45 minutes in a bain-marie. Allow to cool and refrigerate 3 hours.
Desmolda and decorate with guava and nuts.

PRESENTATION

On an extended dish with more cajeta and natural guava.

TIPS

The cream cheese gives a creamier consistency to the flan.
