In a bowl, mix the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, and two measures of milk using the measure from the can of sweetened condensed milk. Mix by hand or with a mixer according to your preference.
In a small pot, mix the water with the sugar and place over high heat, keeping an eye on the caramel; when you see that it is quite thick, you can use it.
Remove the caramel from the heat and immediately pour it into the containers where you will serve the flans evenly.
Pour the flan mixture into the containers, covering very well with aluminum foil.
In a pot or electric skillet, place the containers in a water bath; it should take between 25 and 35 minutes to set.
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Store in the refrigerator to chill, and in about 1 hour it will be ready to eat.
