With this recipe we will prepare a flan that is very simple and with ingredients that are within reach of our pocket but with the same flavor and consistency of a traditional flan.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 grams Double cream cheese
  • 15 tablespoons sugar
  • 15 tablespoons sugar, for the candy

Preparation

Heat the sugar until dissolved and obtain a golden color for the caramel. Place in a flanera or if desired in individual flaneras (about 8 flaneras).
Mix the 2 tbsp of cornstarch with the evaporated milk, heat until it thickens a little over low heat, add the sugar until it dissolves. We reserve, until it cools, we liquefy together with the cheese and the eggs.

PRESENTATION

We could put some slices of strawberry and kiwi to make our dessert more colorful.

TIPS

We could put a few drops of vanilla essence if we wish.
