This is a family recipe for homemade vanilla flan, very delicious and simple.

1/2 cups sugar, for the caramel
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
5 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
1/2 packages Philadelphia® cream cheese

Heat the sugar until it melts and turns caramel in color, set aside in the flan mold.
Blend all the ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a flan mold, cover with aluminum foil (to ensure it is well sealed).
Place in a water bath with 2 and a half cups of water in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes (counting from when the valve starts to whistle).
Cool, unmold, and refrigerate.
