We put the sugar in a pot over medium heat to make the caramel, and when it's ready, we pour it into a mold until everything is covered, set it aside, and let it cool.

In the blender, we combine the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, mango juice, and diced mango, blending for one minute. We pour this mixture into the mold and place it in a water bath in the oven for 30 minutes or until we insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Let it cool and serve.
