  • 6 eggs
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups cajeta

  • In the mold you will use for the flan, put 1/2 cup of cajeta and spread it until the base of your mold is well covered and set aside.
  • In your blender, put the other ingredients until everything is well blended.
  • Pour the previous mixture into your mold, cover it with aluminum foil.
  • Cook it in a water bath, you can do it on your stove or in the oven, you will know it's ready when you poke it with a knife and it comes out clean.
