Corn Flan with Cajeta

  • 1 can condensed milk, (397 ml)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1 can corn kernels, small

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Blend the can of condensed milk, evaporated milk, the two eggs, the two tablespoons of vanilla, and finally the can of corn kernels.
  • Blend until everything is integrated and the corn kernels are ground.
  • Then, spread the entire base of the mold you will use with cajeta and cover it well.
  • Finally, pour the mixture into the mold, cover it, and cook it in a water bath for 1 hour.
  • Insert a toothpick or fork to check if it is ready; if it comes out clean, you have succeeded.
  • Let it cool and carefully unmold to avoid breaking it. Do this on a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour.
