Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Blend the can of condensed milk, evaporated milk, the two eggs, the two tablespoons of vanilla, and finally the can of corn kernels. Blend until everything is integrated and the corn kernels are ground. Then, spread the entire base of the mold you will use with cajeta and cover it well. Finally, pour the mixture into the mold, cover it, and cook it in a water bath for 1 hour. Insert a toothpick or fork to check if it is ready; if it comes out clean, you have succeeded. Let it cool and carefully unmold to avoid breaking it. Do this on a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour.
