  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • Blend all the ingredients. Pour into the flan mold, cover with aluminum foil, and seal well
  • In the pressure cooker, place a base for a water bath and water at the bottom
  • Place the flan mold in the pot and close it
  • Cook on high heat for 30 minutes
  • Wait for the pressure to drop, uncover the pot, and remove the flan mold. Open carefully and flip onto a plate
