1 package cream cheese, light
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1/2 cups sugar

In the flan mold on the stove, heat the sugar until caramelized, being careful not to burn it
Blend all the ingredients. Pour into the flan mold, cover with aluminum foil, and seal well
In the pressure cooker, place a base for a water bath and water at the bottom
Place the flan mold in the pot and close it
Cook on high heat for 30 minutes
Wait for the pressure to drop, uncover the pot, and remove the flan mold. Open carefully and flip onto a plate
