A flan that, when incorporating condensed milk, greatly enhances its flavor and pairs very well with the caramel base. Very simple, and when accompanied by dulce de leche, it’s the perfect match.
Place the condensed milk in a bowl, gradually add the warm milk while mixing well with a whisk.
In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs, combine the two mixtures, and flavor with vanilla.
Caramelize a flan mold well and pour in the mixture. Cook in a water bath in a moderate oven for one hour.
Remove from the oven and let it cool. Once cooled, unmold onto a suitable serving dish.
Unmold when cold and refrigerate for one night.
