1 cup cow's milk
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Blend the milk with the egg, cinnamon, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk.
In an aluminum mold, put the sugar until it starts to caramelize over low heat.
Pour the blender mixture into the mold with the caramel.
Place it in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes on low heat.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Unmold using a knife to loosen it from the edges.
Serve.
