Quick Napolitano Flan

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • raisins, to taste

  • Place the mold on low heat. Add the 3 tablespoons of sugar, melt until all the sugar turns golden. Let it cool.
  • Blend the 3 eggs, condensed milk, regular or lactose-free milk, and vanilla essence.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold and add the raisins.
  • In a pot or steamer, add water to a height of approximately 3 cm; place a rack so that the mold does not sink in the water. Then place the mold on top and cover the pot.
  • Leave in a water bath for 40 minutes over medium heat.
  • Let it cool. And unmold.
  • Decorate to taste
