Place the mold on low heat.
Add the 3 tablespoons of sugar, melt until all the sugar turns golden. Let it cool.
Blend the 3 eggs, condensed milk, regular or lactose-free milk, and vanilla essence.
Pour the mixture into the mold and add the raisins.
In a pot or steamer, add water to a height of approximately 3 cm; place a rack so that the mold does not sink in the water. Then place the mold on top and cover the pot.
Leave in a water bath for 40 minutes over medium heat.
Let it cool. And unmold.
Decorate to taste
