Enjoy this no-bake flan recipe, but in its most practical version! This flan is made with a custard base and has a slight touch of brandy, a dessert that will make you sigh!
For the caramel: Heat the sugar in a pan over low heat until it forms an amber-colored caramel. Pour into a flan mold and cover the entire surface. Set aside.
For the flan: Beat the San Juan® eggs with the yolks, sugar, and vanilla essence in a bowl. Mix with evaporated milk and pour into a pot.
Heat the flan mixture over medium heat and keep stirring as it cooks for about 5 minutes, until it starts to thicken. Then, add the brandy, mix in, and remove from heat.
Pour the previous preparation into the mold with the caramel, cover with aluminum foil, place in a water bath, and cook over medium heat for 1 hour. Remove the flan from the stove, cool, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Unmold.
Decorate the no-bake flan with red fruits and serve.
