Peach Flan

A delicious peach flan, it is very tasty, easy to prepare, and different from other flans as the peach flavor adds a delightful touch.

  • 1/2 cups peach juice, hot
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 peach, diced without pits or skin
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup sugar

  • We put the sugar in a saucepan over medium heat to make the caramel. When it's ready, we pour it into a mold to cover it all, set aside, and let it cool.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • In the blender, we put the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla essence, peach juice, and diced peaches, and blend for one minute. We pour this mixture into the mold and place it in a water bath in the oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let it cool and serve.
