First of all, you need to perfectly mix the Philadelphia cheese with the milk and the condensed milk, and immediately after that, add the eggs.
After that, spread the liquid caramel in a mold and fill it with the previous mixture, cover it with aluminum foil, and place it in a pot with edges. Also, add a little water to leave it in a water bath.
Then, in a preheated oven, set it to 180 degrees Celsius in the same water bath for about 45 minutes. You will know it’s cooked if you insert the tip of a knife or a toothpick and it comes out firm.
Finally, take it out of the oven and let it cool. Once it's cold, put it in the refrigerator for at least one hour and 45 minutes before serving.
Carefully take it out and place it on a white plate, flipping it from the pot where it is.
