Philadelphia Cheese Flan

  • 8 eggs
  • 400 grams condensed milk
  • 500 milliliters cow's milk
  • 400 grams cream cheese
  • caramels, Liquid caramel or 100 grams of sugar to make the caramel

  • First of all, you need to perfectly mix the Philadelphia cheese with the milk and the condensed milk, and immediately after that, add the eggs.
  • After that, spread the liquid caramel in a mold and fill it with the previous mixture, cover it with aluminum foil, and place it in a pot with edges. Also, add a little water to leave it in a water bath.
  • Then, in a preheated oven, set it to 180 degrees Celsius in the same water bath for about 45 minutes. You will know it’s cooked if you insert the tip of a knife or a toothpick and it comes out firm.
  • Finally, take it out of the oven and let it cool. Once it's cold, put it in the refrigerator for at least one hour and 45 minutes before serving.
  • Carefully take it out and place it on a white plate, flipping it from the pot where it is.
