Preparation
First of all you should mix perfectly the Philadelphia cheese with the milk and the condensed milk and immediately afterwards add the eggs.
Then spread the liquid caramel in a mold and fill it with the previous mixture, cover it with aluminum foil and put it in a casserole with edges, also add a little water to leave it in a water bath.
Then in a preheated oven put it to 180 degrees Celsius in the same water bath for about 45 minutes, you will realize that it is already cooked if you put the tip of a knife or a toothpick and is firm.
Finally, remove it from the oven and let it cool down. Once it is cold, put it in the refrigerator at least one hour and 45 minutes before serving it.
Take it out carefully and put it on a white plate turning it from the pan where it is.
