  • 1 1/2 cups water, for the rice pudding
  • 2 small piloncillo cones, for the rice pudding
  • 1 cinnamon stick, for the rice pudding
  • 1 cup rice, soaked in hot water
  • 4 cups milk, at room temperature, for the rice
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, at room temperature, for the rice
  • 4 cups milk, at room temperature, for the rice
  • 1 box D’Gari® cappuccino flan, 115 g
  • D'Gari® Caramel, for decoration
  • chocolate, grated, for decoration

Low
  • Heat the water in a pot over medium heat and add the piloncillo and cinnamon stick. When it comes to a boil, add the rice and cook for 15 minutes or until ready.
  • Pour the milk and evaporated milk, mix and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Let the milk mixture reduce a bit.
  • Heat the milk in another pot over medium heat. Add the D'Gari® Cappuccino Flan. Cook for 3 minutes, add the rice pudding and mix.
  • Pour the flan mixture into a previously greased rectangular mold. Let it cool and refrigerate for 1 hour or until it sets completely.
  • Unmold, pour the D'Gari® Caramel.
