  • In the blender, put the contents of a 240 g can of condensed milk, use the same can to measure the amount of milk, which can be whole or semi-skimmed, the 5 eggs, and a splash of vanilla essence, blend until everything is combined.
  • In a non-removable 20 cm cake mold, place 100 g of sugar and put it over the fire to make the caramel, do not take your eyes off it for a minute as the caramel burns quickly; it should be golden and even.
  • In a pressure cooker, place the water, and have a piece of string or twine and wax paper, aluminum foil, or newspaper ready.
  • Carefully and slowly pour the blender mixture over the caramel, then cover the mold with any of the papers you have at home and tie the string or twine around it so that no water enters the flan, then place it in the pressure cooker, cover it, and cook for 30 minutes.
