  • 5 eggs
  • 240 grams of milk
  • vanilla essence
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 50 milliliters of Water

    Preparation

    In the blender put the contents of a can of condensed milk of 240 gr approx, use the same can to measure the amount of milk, it can be whole or half-skimmed, the 5 eggs and a trickle of vanilla essence, liquefy until everything is united .
    Place in a cake mold about 20 cm non-removable 100 gr of sugar and put on the fire to make the caramel, do not neglect a minute since the candy burns quickly, it should be golden and uniform.
    In a pressure cooker place the water, and have at hand a string or string and waxed paper, aluminum foil or newspaper.
    Place the blender mixture on the caramel carefully and slowly, then cover the mold with any of the papers you have at home and tie the ribbon or string around so that no water enters the flan, then place it in the pot. pressure, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
