Delicious flan on a fresh and soft slice of panela cheese, accompanied by a tangy blueberry jelly for the perfect contrast. You have never tasted such a creamy vanilla flan!
Blend the condensed milk with LALA® Evaporated Milk, the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and LALA® Media Crema until you get a smooth mixture.
Pour into flan molds and bake in a water bath for about 40 minutes. Cool and unmold.
For the sauce, make a caramel with the sugar over low heat without stirring. Add the butter and let it melt. Add the heavy cream and quickly whisk until combined. Set aside.
Cut medium-thick slices of LALA® Panela Cheese and set aside.
For assembly, place a slice of LALA® Panela Cheese on a plate. On top, add a slice of blueberry jelly and place the flan. Drizzle with the caramel sauce and garnish with mint.
