Flan with Chocolate Brownie

Use this recipe to prepare a delicious Brownie topped with Flan Danette®.

  • 4 chocolate flavor custard, danette 100g each
  • 2 sticks butter, 90g each
  • 3 eggs
  • 210 grams sugar
  • 100 grams wheat flour
  • 100 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 6 flan, danette

  • Pour the Chocolate Flavor Danette® custard into a bowl and heat slightly in the microwave. Beat the butter until creamy and add the warm Chocolate Flavor Danette® custard. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and incorporate into the mixer; add the flour and the chopped walnut.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold previously lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • To serve, cut the brownie into 6 individual portions, place on a plate and top with a piece of Flan Danette®. Decorate with a bit of chopped walnut and you're done.
