1 baguette, or stale bread cut into cubes
1/2 cups butter
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cinnamon

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the evaporated milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Dip the bread cubes in the previous mixture.
