In a bowl, mix a little flour, all the sugar, and the yeast for two minutes.
Add the milk and the beaten egg, mix well, and finish adding the rest of the flour. Knead for 8 minutes, then add the butter and knead until the dough does not stick to your hands.
Form a ball and let it rest for 40 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut into donut shapes, let them rise again, and fry.
Decorate with sugar and ground cinnamon or with chocolate like I did.
