Fried Donuts

These fried donuts are very delicious and perfect for any social event.

  • 500 grams flour
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 40 grams butter
  • 20 grams yeast
  • 1 cup cow's milk, (or 230 grams)
  • 1 egg
  • vegetable oil, enough for frying
  • chocolates, and dehydrated coconut

  • In a bowl, mix a little flour, all the sugar, and the yeast for two minutes.
  • Add the milk and the beaten egg, mix well, and finish adding the rest of the flour. Knead for 8 minutes, then add the butter and knead until the dough does not stick to your hands.
  • Form a ball and let it rest for 40 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut into donut shapes, let them rise again, and fry.
  • Decorate with sugar and ground cinnamon or with chocolate like I did.
