These fried donuts are very rich and ideal for any social event.

Ingredients

60 portions
  • 500 grams flour
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 40 grams butter
  • 20 grams yeast
  • 1 cup milk, (or 230 grams)
  • 1 egg
  • oils, enough to fry
  • chocolates, and dehydrated coconut

Preparation

Mix the flour, all of the sugar, and the yeast in a bowl for two minutes.
Add the milk and the beaten egg, mix well and finish putting the rest of the flour. Knead for 8 minutes, then add the butter and knead until the dough does not stick in your hands.
When a ball form, set aside to rest for 40 minutes. Then stretch the dough and leave it 1 cm thick. Cut into the form of donuts, let them rest so that they rises again and then fry.
Garnish with sugar and ground cinnamon or chocolate as I did.
