Fried Green Bananas

Delicious fried green bananas prepared with Vanilla flavor Danette® custard. Ideal for an easy and quick dessert that kids will love.

  • 3 plantains, ripe and sliced
  • 4 vanilla flavored custard, danette 100g each
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
  • oil , as needed for frying
  • nuts, chopped for decoration

  • Heat the oil and fry the green bananas on both sides until golden brown; remove excess fat by placing them on paper towels.
  • Heat the Vanilla flavor Danette® custard; add the sugar with the ground cinnamon and cook for a few minutes until slightly heated. Remove.
