Fruit Cocktail in Syrup with Condensed Milk

Dessert of fruit cocktail in syrup with condensed milk. You can do it with the fruit of your choice and combined with the condensed milk it tastes delicious.

  • 1 can canned fruit coktail, or any fruit in syrup
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 20 María cookies
  • 6 María cookies, to decorate
  • 8 maraschino cherries
  • leaves peppermint, to decorate
  • 6 limes, squeezed
  • 50 grams walnuts, ground or minced to decorate

  • Grind the 20 cookies and reserve.
  • Put the condensed milk in the blender with 2 tablespoons of the fruit cocktail with a little syrup and the lemons squeezed and already strained, blend perfectly until it is well integrated and pass this mixture to a bowl.
  • Strain the remaining fruit cocktail and discard the syrup, these fruits are integrated to the previous mixture and it is united smoothly.
  • Place in individual molds, first a crushed maria cracker bed, a crushed or minced walnut bed, a little of the cocktail mixture and decorate with a cherry, chopped walnut sprinkle, a mint leaf and a biscuit
