1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cups mango, chopped
1/2 cups plum, chopped
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon unsalted butter , LURPACK

Drain the whey from the cottage cheese. Mix the cheese with honey. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the sugar. Once well combined, add the fruits and lightly sauté them.
Serve the joys, drizzle with the cheese mixture, and place the sautéed fruit on top.
