Fruit Dessert Joy

This Fruit Dessert Joy is very healthy, made with Cottage Cheese, Honey, Fruits, and caramelized Amaranth that gives it a delicious flavor.

  • 1/2 cups cottage cheese , LYNCOTT
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cups mango, chopped
  • 1/2 cups plum, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter , LURPACK
  • 6 amaranth, alegrías

  • Drain the whey from the cottage cheese. Mix the cheese with honey. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a pan and add the sugar. Once well combined, add the fruits and lightly sauté them.
  • Serve the joys, drizzle with the cheese mixture, and place the sautéed fruit on top.
