Preheat the oven to 190° Celsius. Grease a cake pan with butter.
In a bowl, mix San Juan® Egg Whites, cake flour, water, milk, and oil. Beat the mixture on low speed for 30 seconds, then beat the mixture on medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for 35 minutes. Let the cake cool for 20 minutes.
Whip the cream with ¼ cup of sugar.
Marinate the raspberries with sugar, set aside until they start to release juice.
Cut the cake in half and add whipped cream.
Serve a slice, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and pour some of the raspberries over it.
