Bananas with Cream and Cheese

  • 2 plantains, or Castilla
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, or half cream
  • 200 grams queso fresco
  • 1 cup corn oil

  • Peel the bananas and cut them into strips or circles, as you prefer.
  • Heat the oil and fry the bananas, making sure the oil isn't too hot to burn them.
  • Remove the bananas and place them on paper towels to cool.
