Bread pudding is a delicious dessert, easy to prepare, and a very impressive dessert when you have guests at your home. The pudding with date and walnut is the perfect dessert for the holiday season.
Cut the bread into small pieces and soak it in milk for 20 minutes.
Melt the butter and add it to the previous mixture, along with sugar, vanilla, and egg.
Flour a baking mold and add the bread mixture, place the dates, walnuts, and raisins on top of the pudding, pressing them down a little to avoid sinking.
Preheat the oven to 180° C and bake the mixture for approximately 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven, unmold, and allow to cool.
