Bread Pudding with Date and Walnut for Christmas

Bread pudding is a delicious dessert, easy to prepare, and a very impressive dessert when you have guests at your home. The pudding with date and walnut is the perfect dessert for the holiday season.

  • 10 sandwich bread
  • 500 milliliters cow's milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 grams butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 10 milliliters vanilla essence
  • 100 grams pitted dates
  • 100 grams walnuts
  • 50 grams raisins

  • Cut the bread into small pieces and soak it in milk for 20 minutes.
  • Melt the butter and add it to the previous mixture, along with sugar, vanilla, and egg.
  • Flour a baking mold and add the bread mixture, place the dates, walnuts, and raisins on top of the pudding, pressing them down a little to avoid sinking.
  • Preheat the oven to 180° C and bake the mixture for approximately 35 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, unmold, and allow to cool.
