1/4 cups unsalted butter
4 apples, peeled, cored, cut into thin slices
4 tablespoons sugar

In a large skillet, melt the butter and add the apple slices, cooking each slice on both sides.
When you notice a golden color, sprinkle the sugar and remove from heat.
