1 kilo cherry
3/4 cups flour
3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 400F (200 C).
In a baking dish (with a capacity of 2 liters), place the cleaned and stemmed cherries. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour and sugar. Mix well and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the eggs, cream, and vanilla extract. Whisk with a balloon whisk.
In the center of the flour mixture, form a well with your hands.
Slowly beat the egg mixture into the flour mixture. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Pour the mixture over the fruit and cook until the cake starts to brown, about 25-30 minutes.
