Delicious and quick recipe for chocolate-covered bananas, a healthy snack for kids on hot days that they can enjoy with its rich combination of peanut butter.
Put the water in a long container and squeeze the lemon into it, set aside. Peel the bananas and remove the center with a small spoon, then soak them in the water to prevent oxidation, and place them in the freezer without the water.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, and coat the bananas with the chocolate, fill them with peanut butter and sprinkle with nuts, chocolate chips, and decorate with a cherry.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
